1 Samuel 25:1-31

David has had a great victory but is about to have the rug pulled out from beneath him. He is on the verge of being caught off guard, and his emotions are going to be ambushed and attacked by anger. Before he knows it, he is going to be in a rage! This patient man will be impatient; his humility will be replaced with hate; his virtue will surrender to vengeance, and blessings will be beaten by bloodthirstiness.
