Ruth 3:6-18

We have all heard married couple discuss their marriage proposal stories. Where did it happen? How did it happen? Who was there? When we get to Heaven, we will all have to sit around and ask Boaz and Ruth to tell us their personal version of this beautiful, happy proposal.

God wants his people to celebrate the happy times. Naomi and Ruth had persevered through difficult years and now arrive at a place of healing and happiness. Ruth’s great grandson would later write a song to celebrate God’s healing presence in his own life.
