Psalms 119:145-152
The distraught, distress, and discouragement of this man ooze forth in this section like sap seeping through the cracks of a pine tree. Repeatedly, we see the word “cried” in this portion, indicating the trauma this man was facing. He tells us he cried with his whole heart unto the Lord. His pressures consumed him, yet he copes by telling the Lord of his determination to keep His Word. He cried so much through the night it was as if the morning would never come.
